  Sinclair Audi Bridgend Body Shop – Having damaged the alloy wheel of my S4A I took it to a specialist wheel repairer that could repair diamond cut alloys. They told me that they couldn’t fix the wheel and if they tried I would lose the ‘Audi Sport’ logo on the wheel which I understand is laser cut on at the factory – plus it would be at least 3 days. I decided against it and after subsequently scratching the rear bumper as well thought I would try an Audi repair shop instead. John Flavin the body shop manager who was courteous and helpful from the first phone call looked at the car. I had little expectation that the alloy could be fixed and thought the scratch would be at least an overnight job. John said that they could fix the wheel and keep the logo plus the scratch and the car should be done by mid-afternoon! Within 10 minutes the car was in the workshop being prepared and John kindly drove us to the local retail outlet to kill a few hours. By mid-afternoon the car was ready, and we were picked up again. The car was repaired faultlessly and all for a couple of hundred pounds. If you need to have minor repair work done on your car do not hesitate to come here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience and the fantastic 100% customer service John and his team provides.
