  I placed an order for TSG Roller Derby 2.0 elbow pads, along with matching Force 3 knee pads in the sale. Lucky me! Or so I thought. Four days after I place my online order, someone finally gets in touch to tell me that the elbow pads are sold out, but they were in stock "a few days ago." Oh! But would I be interested in a cheaper, inferior set of elbow pads unsuitable for roller derby instead? They're in the sale! A few means two. I placed my order four days before I was contacted by Bridgend Cycle Centre, so the product was in stock when I placed my order. If they were out of stock, then they should not have been on your website available for purchase, and as a company you have a responsibility to your customers not to take money for something you cannot provide. Additionally, accepting a refund will take days to go into my account. I have a derby at the end of the week I needed the equipment for, so not only has this companies incompetence made me miss out on a matching set of derby gear for what I thought was an amazing steal, they have also guaranteed I've missed my event. Disgusting customer service.
