  The vans are good.. but the customer service is non existent with Swiss vans. A week late. Wrong wheels. No roof bars. No sat nav. And my driving licence has not been returned. I'm still waiting for them to resolve 2 of the above issues. They did not check the van before sending it to me...and even asked me to collect it in a car park 45 minutes away... You need to make 100% sure you get proof of the extras you requested as it will never be resolved after delivery.. THEY HAD 4 MONTHS TO SORT IT AND NOTHING. NO AFTER CARE SERVICE. AND NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. They made the whole experience stressful.. AVOID THE STREES GET YOUR OWN VAN AND ADD YOUR OWN EXTRAS .

  I have bought 3 vans from Simon Lewis at Swiss Vans now. I can honestly say I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I've changed my mind on a few things more than a few times. Throughout this Simon and Swiss Vans have been absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new or used van who wants a better deal and service that the dealerships can offer.
