  HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - would leave 0 stars but don't have the option to. Told us our sofas would take 4-8 weeks to arrive, but most likely 4 weeks. Called almost every week (no communication at all from their side), it has now been 11 weeks and have been told it will take another 3 weeks! Good job we love sitting on deckchairs (!)

  Just like the other guys says. as soon as they have a sale they stop caring. Also nearly got robbed of our £100 deposit, after phoning customer service gaining a phone bill and loosing 30mins of my time. its still not sorted and have to ring back again. Really unprofessional and the lack of communication is terrible. When you spend a lot of money you would like to know where things are and whats going on. The only reason i am giving two stars is because the delivery men were great. They came in and asked to take out a few light bulbs and checked where it was going. they brought it in within seconds even though it was a tight squeeze. They took the packaging away and left no marks on walls or anything. They were also well mannered polite guys.
